Well, unfortunately, the attackers found out the new addresses of our servers and attacked those directly behind our proxies. The attacks were so strong that they threatened the service of our ISP to all its clients. Therefore, our ISP has taken our service in the US offline for now. We decided that we will not run the risk of taking them back online tonight. We will consider other options.

Decision for a mitigation service

Last night, the decision was finalized and the contract signed. For those who are interested: We are going with Prolexic. Today, we will set up a timeline for the setup of their service. I will update you with that timeline later on today.

Adiantou alguma coisa bloquear trafego que não seja do proxy deles para EUA e Europa? Como disse podem mascarar isso com facilidade.

Estou quase considerando o absurdo que o brutinho disse sobre possuirem 40 Gbps. Não dúvido que agora que ele foi deletado comprou novas máquinas e o ataque ainda está maior.
Interessante, mas acredito que eu e boa parte do fórum aqui não entende nada disso. O que seriam esses 40 gbps? Uma rede de computadores mandando ataques? Vc teria ideia de quantos pc's fariam isso? O que o brutinho teve que contratar para ter esses 40 gbps?

Tem como deixar isso mais claro?
