As soon as I stand next to the two mummies I quickly recognize their eyes. They were two of the adventurers I’ve met in Venore! But I won’t say a thing, there must be a reason for them to be in transformed into mummies.

<Cadi makes a reverence and answers…>

-Thank you for allow my entrance Grand Vizier. I am Cadi, a humble knight and blacksmith. I came all the way from Venore to help out solving this situation. Actually I went to you seeking for some answers… I know that you are very devoted and that’s why I think you are the correct person.

<Cadi takes a deep breath and continues talking...>

-Well when I was in Venore I saw the Halloween Hare and right after that I fainted. When I woke up I was in a dark cell with sarcophagus, canopies and locks. To get out it was required to pour the substances that were inside the canopies, on the sarcophagi’s drawings one by one until all the locks opened. After doing that process mysteriously I appeared in Venore’s dock. Do you have any idea of what place was that and what could I have done to end up there?

<whispers> Yes... The Cult is something new, though the legend of the Pumpkin and the Hare is just as old as time. The Cult was created with the intent of raising followers to do the Pumpkin's will and help her return to this dimension and hunt the Hare once and for all. In the meantime, they are trying to track the Hare down, chase her, kill her and put the blame in someone. Someone powerful.

About the Patron's death... I unfortunately heard of it... And I mourn him, because only the Patrons can give us the required training to help us out battling the Pumpkin.

As estradas de arenito estão se tornando perigosas para seu tipo, Mortal. Eu creio ter uma ideia... Considerando as informações dadas, provavelmente foi um ato do Culto da Abóbora... E você é muito afortunada de não ter caído nos esquemas deles. Eu ouvi falar que a Lebre está já ativa e correndo por aí, e espero que ela não esteja dentro de nossos muros... A situação aqui está atroz, e eu estou feliz que você não virou uma vítima, jovem mortal Cadi.

I'll send part of this sample to Ishebad so that he can give me a second opinion on how to neutralize it. In the meantime, I need you to search the town and find the responsible for this atrocity! I'll make sure the Pharaoh or Ishebad rewards you properly.

<He takes you to his bath chamber, grabs a few herbs and potions and fill the bathing area's waters with it. Then, he takes some towels and give you privacy to bathe>
