I have a problem in the flash client. When I try to log in the following message
appears: "Failed to download the required file. Please try again later."
I use a mac, so I depend solely on flash client to play. I've tried using
multiple browsers like FireFox, Safari, Opera and Chrome. I cleared all caches,
cookies, none of it worked.
Please'd like a return, since I am a player with premium account and am unable to play Tibia.

The problem lies very likely not with the flash client, but with flash itself.
Please try to close the browser and start a new session, maybe wait for some
minutes to begin with the download.
If this measures do not work, please write us again and we will look into the
problem very closely.
