Criminal records are deleted automatically at the beginning of a month if at least
six months have passed since the last entry there. However, if further violations
are committed during this period of time, the criminal record's expiry date will
accordingly be recalculated using the most recent violation.

If you do not get any further entries, your criminal record will be deleted at the
beginning of October 2012.
