I guess that you have heard about me and about my Dolls.

I am NOT here to start a new thread about Dolls petitions, if you want one, ask for it, here. I am here TO make clear something:
I do NOT allow you to edit my Dolls, and please neither use them without tell me.

I am saying this because, since Huge create the thread "Outfit Dolls" (or maybe before) people have started to use/edit them. And as you can read in the "Outfit Dolls":

Hey! I am Mounthrize (my main is Modestt) And I am the creator of this Dolls.
Is nice to see that you like them, but please don't create threads like this one without notify me AND with my approval.
Because some poeple think that it is a contribution free to use and they start to edit them.
And Huge, I guess that you spent enought time in my Dolls thread to read my message there: "Also, please, dont edit the dolls..."

If you have seen other threads like this one, please let me know.

1.- For create the thread "Outfit Dolls" without notify me and without my approval. I know that you post "SPRITES DESENVOLVIDOS POR: Modestt", but next time just try to get more information about the owner.
Also, please update the information of the owner of the Dolls, me, in your thread, or if you don't want to, just delete it.
2.- For start a proposal about add my Dolls. I alredy have some plans for them.
Also, please delete the proposal.


And other tip, this one for the TibiaBR proposals section:
Add the rule "The content should be totally yours, if you are not sure about the owner/starter of the content, investigate about it", or something like that.

Mas vocês estão sendo MUITO ignorantes com o cara. Ele é o criador, e mesmo sem um advogado pedindo indenização vocês têm plena consciência de que ele está certo e vocês estão procurando alguma brecha para desmoralizá-lo.

O Modestt está certo, afinal não foi ele quem trouxe as Dolls para o Fórum, e deixou bem claro no tópico oficial dele em que não aceitaria edições ou uso indevido. Além disso, QUALQUER UM de vocês também ficaria puto se encontrassem sprites de autoria própria rippados por aí, mundo afora!

Nesses dias eu descobri que os meu tanques de guerra rodam MUITO por outros fórums aí da vida! Eu não ligo muito, até porque não costumo pedir créditos, mas se você deixar bem claro, quando postar uma imagem, que exige créditos pelo uso, o indivíduo que for usá-las deve ter o mínimo de consideração para com o criador!

É meio hipócrita também eu dizer isso, afinal todos nós fazemos sprites e fakes com base nos gráficos da Cipsoft.

But,I want something to be clear:

First: Ok, the two dolls examples that you posted, are breaking your copyright,but there are a lot of dolls that are not yours here in the forum, we have another user that can make dolls as you can see here: Kaluin's dolls

Jack and Might's dolls are wrong, but if you find another user using a doll,you have to check if it is not on of Kaluin's dolls

Second: Sorry for my compatriots, as you can see we have a little problem here, it is a Brazilian habit to don't care if there is a law about it, they only care if it can reach they....

Third: You could at least use the google translator, and post it with the English original text, it would make the things easier
