[CARTA] Mass Kicks, Update, Servidores

Fiz uma 'carta' depois de estar cansado de morrer por causa dos lags e kicks, espero que leiam, e se puder, alguem com um ingles fluente, a traduza e me mande por mp ou poste aqui para mim poder mandar para a Cip. Quero fazer com que alguem da Cip a leia, pois essa indiguinação não vem só da minha parte e sim da parte de muitos jogadores que vem penando a cada dia mais devido ao mal estado dos servidores.

Com todo meu direito, venho reclamar a vocês.

A muito tempo viemos sofrendo com as quedas nos servidores, e o que vocês fizeram?
Qual medida cabivel tomaram? NENHUMA!
Fazer uma carta aos jogadores pedindo desculpas e dizer que estão trabalhando no problema não resolve NADA para nós.
O que adianta fazer update com muitas criaturas, outfits, areas novas, se mal podemos sair de nossas casas para caçar pois não sabemos se iremos voltar com vida?
Porque se preocupam tanto com o balanceamento das vocações? Porque não depositam essa energia arrumando os servers?

Eu jogo em Tenebra, e somando minhas mortes de todos kicks por culpa da CIP SOFT foram 7 mortes.
Isso é uma falta de respeito com os jogadores, pois pagamos premmium accounts para ter um melhor jogo, com mais condições e o que recebemos em troca?
LAGS, MASS KICKS, MORTES POR CULPA DA INSTABILIDADE DOS SERVIDORES.
Morremos por culpa dos servidores de vocês, obviamente que não haverá um reinicio do server mas é muita injustiça gastarmos nosso tempo caçando e invez de morrermos explorando areas ou matando bixos nós morremos justamente para quem entregamos dinheiro com premmys.

É uma vergonha a situação desses servidores, é uma vergonha pagarmos por um jogo e recebermos isso em troca. Queremos medidas, queremos soluções!

Nas ultimas semanas está ficando muito dificil de jogar, acompanho esse jogo a 4 anos e poucas vezes presenciei situações piores dentro dele.

Espero que meu indiguinamento seja lido por algum superior, pois aposto que não sou só eu que estou revoltado assim.

It is a shame the situation of these servers, is a disgrace pay for a game and receive it in return. We want action, we want solutions!

Infelizmente, postar aqui no fórum não adiantará de nada, recomendo ir no site oficial do tibia, e lá, no fórum ou por e-mail, reclamar para a equipe da Cipsoft. Se bem que muita gente já reclamou, e a equipe da Cipsoft já está trabalhando sobre os kicks, pelo que ouvi falar.

Primero, o update fica em um setor, e a segurança do jogo fica em outra, o presidente da cip ñ pode rebola todo mundo do jogo na segurança e espera que eles resolva, esse poblema e causado pelo DDoS, então si a equipe de segurança e inteligencia ñ da conta o chefe deveria contrata outra mais avaçanda e cara.

cara, você acha mesmo que eles estão sentados esperando? E como já foi dito no forum, o update é outro departamento, e quanto as suas mortes eles avisaram que o server estava instável.
Mas sou a favor de reclamar sim, e concordo com o resto dos argumentos.

Cara, não é zuando não, mas eu parei no "Com todo meu direito..." não temos tanto direito assim não. Podemos até reclamar, mas eles não são obrigados a nada em relação a mortes e kicks eu também morri e tento me coformar =(
