Error 10013 - Permisson Denied.

Primeiramente eu ja dei uma olhada nos post antigos, mais nenhum post tinha informação relevante. Resolvi criar esse post, para não ressuscitar os antigos.

Ta ae gente, eu postei no lá no Suppot Board e vo ver se alguem aqui consegue me ajudar. Eu vou deixa em ingles ok?

I want to bring to your attention I have been experiencing the same problem. I've tried so to solve it by myself, wasn't able. So I decided to ask you for help.

What I tried so far:
- Turning Firewall on/off
- Turning anti-virus and spy-bot on/off
- Setting the port to 7171 (Advanced Firewall Settings, Incoming Connections)
- I've tried forwarding ports, but I am not so sure if it did work out
- Running tibia with administrator privileges

What I plan to do:
- Format my Win7 - if it still not working back to XP

Unless of course if you are able to help me out solve my problem.

Well, the only thing left for me is to post you the explanation of the error
message. I want to stress that it is not a Tibia error. :

An attempt was made to access a file in a way forbidden by its file access
permissions. The file's permission setting does not allow the specified access.
This error signifies that an attempt was made to access a file (or, in some cases,
a directory) in a way that is incompatible with the file's attributes. For
example, the error can occur when an attempt is made to read from a file that is
not open, to open an existing read-only file for writing, or to open a directory
instead of a file ...

Maybe this will help you to find the problem since it is not possible for me to
look into your machines settings.
