Na biblioteca de ab tem um livro sobre os Cenath...
É só procurar.
Pra quem não entendeu, cenath é um tipo diferente de elf.
Entre os tipos existentes, eles são os conhecedores de magia, ou seja, os arcanists.
Creio q talvez, quem sabe, eles ajudem nessa quest..
Eu já tentei falar com npcs cenaths, porém não encontrei mts, nem respostas úteis.

As things turned bad for the elves much of their artifacts, artwork and books were brought to theese cities. In an frantic attempt to rescue their lives and even their accustomed way of life the elves begun to weave powerfull spells. Eu Conversei com um npc i ele mi falo ki foi procurar pelo marido dela i quando chego la ela viu uma Cobra Gigante nadando na agua fazia um barulho istranho mais ela num podia ver direito pq tava meio nublado i ela falo ki si eu num tivesse acreditando nela ki era pra eu ir nesse lugar "Docks" a meia noite bem calado!!
O pior eh que a gente n sabe por onde começa...
