This is just nonsense. If you do not have anything constructive to say, do not say anything. Such statements does not help anyone.
I know this is a difficult situation but we are working on a fix as fat as we can. And about compensation: We will think about this topic as soon as the situation has been resolved.

Não sei nos outros servers, mas em honera desde domingo ta MUITO arriscado sai pra caçar, se continuar assim por muito tempo espero que eles realmente pensem sobre uma possivel compensação pelos dias de premuim, em respeito aos players, porque se não me engano quando você cria a sua conta no tibia eles deixam claro que não se responsabilizam por possiveis perdas por lags e kicks.
