Account personalisation changed
Your account personalisation has been changed. Once the personalisation will have become final after one week, you will always be able regain access to your account by sending a copy of your passport/identity card to us. Then you can also instantly regain access to your account using your recovery key, which has been shown to you when you personalised your account for the first time. Note that if you lose it you will have to send us a copy of your passport or identity card in order to prove your ownership. We strongly suggest that you do not store your recovery key on your computer to make sure it is safe from hacking.
