Rhapsody começou sua banda em 1997, e começaram com um estilo de Metal Medieval. os co-fundadores Luca Turilli ( guitarrista e compositor das letras ) e Alex Staropoli ( teclado, piano e harpsycord ) lançaram o album "Legendary Tales"(nota: meu album favorito ). Dps, começando com estilos de musicas classicas e baroque, eles criaram um novo estilo de musica, em que se misturava estilos de musica de Vivaldi, Bach e Paganini com heavy metal melodico e generos da fantasia.

nos anos que passaram, eles evoluiram esse novo som, criando os albums: "Symphony of Enchanted Lands (1998)" , "Dawn of victory (2000)" , "Rain of a thousand flames (2001)" e "Power of the Dragonflame (2002)". tambem criaram um Single, "Emerald Sword".

Turilli é o compositor das letras, assim como tbm é o guitarrista. Suas letras se referem à idade media e ao valor heroico contido nessas epocas, nos lembrando a inacabavel batalha entre o mal e o bem. Sao letras realmente diferentes.

Bem, eu acho que essa banda é realmente mto boa, pois ela foge do guitarra-baixo-vocal, e como visto, usa beeem mais coisa. quem ja ouviu sabe =)
