Você num caracterizou favela... Você generalizou favela...
Nem todas as casa que são construidas sobre morros são favelas.
Exsitem cidades com elevações e casas nessa montanhas/morros e tudo o mais... Mas mesmo assim é um bairro nobre...
Você devia ter dito que favela é onde um lugar onde pessoas de baixa renda constroem suas casas da maneira que podem pra ter pelo menos 4 paredes e um teto.
