It happens with people from all nations, just because some people don't care, some people think this is an stupid rule, some people just don't understand english.
Well, that's a rule, I agree 100% with your point of view, and with the works the GMs are doing of banning these people.

But, as this people don't usually listen to us, all we can do is wait and see dude, wait and see...

Come on guys, let's be fair.
at least 70% of brazilians are noobs. they don't care about rules. if you tell him luring is illegal, the first thing he will do is lure shit on other people. that's the truth.
Also, those 70%, most of then don't speak english. They also don't like non-brazilian people, so, i'm sorry to tell you this but there will allways be brazilians spamming brazilian msgs on GC. Complaining will just make they do that more, because they just hate you. What to do? In my point of view, you can only call a GM and hope they get banned. But don't think they will stop doing that.
