Concerning compensation:
a) The automatic compensation system is unfortunately not working very well with our proxy solution. However, since that is only a temporary solution, we will not change that system because how it works will be good with the final mitigation system. The next point will however also apply to the deaths that our automatic system misses right now.
b) Now, I can already tell you one part of the compensation that is decided, but that will not be all you will get. That one part is:
We will compensate every PvE death that occurred since the attacks started until the point where we have the final mitigation service in place. This means that we will indeed compensate all deaths except those through PvP. It will not matter if that death actually happened in connection with an attack that our system detected or not, we will compensate all of them. We will only exclude those that the automatic system has already compensated.
Now, since the automatic system is online, we log exactly the loss of experience, skill and blessings, so for all those deaths that have not yet been compensated since then, we will compensate exactly what you have lost (except items of course). For all deaths that happened before, we do not have the exact data, so will compensate those with all 5 blessings and 50% of the loss you would have had without blessings and promotion. This will likely mean an over compensation in experience, skills and blessings for most of those deaths.
Concerning a compensation of lost time, both premium and hunting time, I am waiting for one more decision that I will likely have by tomorrow night, so I will then tell you about that as well.
