To Modestt: I agree with your position, but you have to accept that when sprites are posted on the internet, anyone can have access to them! Nevertheless, the user must have consideration for the time and effort spent by you.

O Modestt está certo, afinal não foi ele quem trouxe as Dolls para o Fórum, e deixou bem claro no tópico oficial dele em que não aceitaria edições ou uso indevido. Além disso, QUALQUER UM de vocês também ficaria puto se encontrassem sprites de autoria própria rippados por aí, mundo afora!

Nesses dias eu descobri que os meu tanques de guerra rodam MUITO por outros fórums aí da vida! Eu não ligo muito, até porque não costumo pedir créditos, mas se você deixar bem claro, quando postar uma imagem, que exige créditos pelo uso, o indivíduo que for usá-las deve ter o mínimo de consideração para com o criador!

É meio hipócrita também eu dizer isso, afinal todos nós fazemos sprites e fakes com base nos gráficos da Cipsoft.

First: Ok, the two dolls examples that you posted, are breaking your copyright,but there are a lot of dolls that are not yours here in the forum, we have another user that can make dolls as you can see here: Kaluin's dolls

Alredy saw the Kaluin's Dolls, they are nice. But they have the Tibia style, mines are from 0 by me.
But also to avoid mistakes and make something really stupid, I always review the sprites with Paint/Gimp:

And what if Jack ask to you make a doll for he, you would be able to make it?With the personal sprites and all that? It isn't easier to just let the boy use edit it?

In fact, I alredy have allowed some people to use or edit my Dolls, but only if it's for fun and clarifying who create it. And not for Competitions saying that they create the sprites. I don't write this in my Dolls thread because people will abuse of them, I am sure. But, I guess, that everyone knows that if you have a question you can always ask it.
Also Jack and Might can still ask me in a good way to use my Dolls, but as I just said, clarifying who create it and don't using them for competitions or something like that.

Primeira coisa, a língua oficial do TibiaBR fórum é o português do Brasil, então quem vai ter que passar o google nos post é o Mounthrize, então podem parar que ta horrível, metade em inglês (quebrando a regra do fórum) e metade em português...
Os sprites são do cara, se ele não quer ninguém usando é um direito dele, não adianta vocês quererem passar por cima disso, quer uma doll? Faça uma, ou quem sabe se simplesmente pedindo a ele, ele não deixe usar, muito simples.
Querendo ou não, foi ele quem fez, o trabalho é dele, ninguém pode pegar e usar, chega a ser crime.

Como disse o Artesox, ele tem sim todos os direitos reservados de seus bonecos. Autorais e morais.

Propriedade intelectual/criativa. Se ele pode provar que é o autor, então qualquer engraçadinho dizendo "estamos na internet" para justificar uma edição do trabalho dele está sujeito a um processo.

Então, querer justificar que não estava fazendo nada de errado e que está apenas sendo bonzinho em retirar o sprite da sua assinatura é algo mais errado do que você pensa.

I recommend that you put your work under Creative Commons. Use the most restrictive level, the CC-BY-NC-ND, which allows only the non-commercial, unaltered and credited distribution of your work.
If you don't wanna see it even distributed, then you should put that (c) thing and give a more imperative warning, asking nicely isn't of much help, as you can see. Much ado about pride and ego.

Na verdade não... não tô dizendo que ele tá errado, mas autoral ele só pode ter com registro feito no cartório.

É o mesmo que alguém pegar o roteiro de uma fake e criar um filme encima. Ele pode, porque a fake ou a estória não foi registrada.
