TibiaCast desaparece antes de iniciar(TibiaCast disappears before starting the tibia)

O tibia cast funcionou normal por um dia.
Desliguei o computador normalmente e no outro dia cedo quando tentei abri-lo novamente ele estava dando um desses erros criticos do windows.
Agora quando eu abro ele aparece ali perto do relógio e some em alguns segundos.

Já passei reparadores de registro, reensitalei o framework baixando do site da microsoft e não mudou nada.
Continua somente aparecendo ali no canto do relógio por alguns segundos e logo depois some.
