Ai... O meu pc tinha dado um problema numa dll, ai eu restaurei o windows... Volto normal o site. Antes não entrava. Mas eu mandei um e-mail para a Cipsoft e vo cola-lo aqui para vocês... Talvez ajude.
I am sorry to hear that the Tibia website is not working correctly for you. There
are various reasons that can cause your problems.
It is possible that your browser is not up-to-date. Make sure that you always use
the most recent available version. Also, cookies must be enabled to use certain
parts of the Tibia website. Further, it could help to clear your entire cache if
you encounter trouble with the Tibia website.
If none of the above mentioned hints is working, we would ask you to check your
internet connection. To do so please try doing the following:
- Open a DOS box (to be found in Windows under START/All Programs/Accessories) and
enter
- tracert static.tibia.com
You will now see a list of all the computers serving as connectors between our
server (last entry on the list) and your computer (first entry). There should be
some figures given behind each listed computer which indicate the amount of time
it takes for a single packet to reach this computer. That way you can find out
where and for how long your packets are delayed at the various internet nodes.
Please copy and paste the tracert output into an email and send it to us (you can
copy and paste in a DOS box by clicking on the small icon in the upper left corner
of the window). Please do not forget to include
- the date
- your local time (e.g. August 2nd 1:00 A.M. CET)
- the name of your internet provider.
We would also appreciate if you did this again, but instead of tracert
static.tibia.com please type ping -f -l 1400 74.55.252.170. Please copy the result
of this as well and add it to your next email.
