My name on Tibia is Habye, and I would like to complain about a banishment that can not be complaint on the website, since I was banished by Custumer Support.
That is what happened:
I was playing normally, training with larvas, and meanwhile I was watching videos from TibiaBR. Suddenly, I downloaded a video from Lord'Paulistinha, saying things about the players from the TibiaBR Forum (The topic is
http://forums.tibiabr.com/showthread.php?t=280632, I'm not lying). In the video, he said: "eu posso ter usado bot sim (uma ou duas vezes), mas eu quero que levante a mão quem nunca usou". It means, translating: "I used bot (once or twice), but who never used that?". I don't know if the video is fake or not, but I just copied his phrase and paste to a friend, but I misstyped and put it on the Help Channel. I KNOW you cannot know if what I'm saying is truth or not, but answer me, if I really wanted to paste it on the Help Channel, why would I complain about that? After all, I play this game since Jul 28 2004, and I know the rules. You could just check the Help Channel log on 29 November and you will see that the message was just pasted there, out of the context. 2 days after that event, here I am, banished and begging you to revoge my case. I really need my account again, I just did a premium account and I was gonna explore the new update.
