[Descado dos CM] Como tentar sair de um ban unjustificado?
Pessoal, eu to postando isso aqui não só para ver se alguem me ajuda, mas também para quem um dia for passar por isso ja ter uma idéia da frieza que o pessoal do support do tibia fala.
Vou resumir bem a historia. Tempos atras acessei minha conta de uma lan. Fiz merda e nao troquei senha. Fui hackiado enquanto eu tava em outra cidade bem ocupado com uma amiga e com celular desligado. Minha conta foi hackiada por algum pl, meu mainchar perdeu alguns lvls, e todos os meus noobs perderam também, e, alem de equips, e lvl, alguns deles ficaram no limite do ban. Como alguns amigos nao sabiam o quanto tempo eu ia ficar sem aparecer para pararem o hacker, deram um jeito, fizeram uma mobilização grande, e me CONSEGUIRAM um GM em aldora pra me banir. Disseram que era por uma palavra que eu tinha nos meus coments dos meus chars, que se refere nao a um bot, mas uma especie de keylogger [note que pessoas NAO jogam com ele para ter vantagen no jogo, é so pra ferrar com os outros mesmos].
Conta recuperada, entrei em contato pedindo pra que eles alterassem meu login [ que agora esta com algo totalmetne relacionado com essa porcaria de keyloguer, e a quem diga que outros hakiados ja ficram com login do tipo IAMGAY ] e pedi também para pelo menos alteraram meus comentarios que faziam propaganda desse keyloguer porque como minha conta esta banida, eu nao tenho como alterar!
Eu também tentei ver a possibilidade de tentar fazer teste de tutor, mesmo talvez sendo revisto esse ban. Sim, eu sei que é minha responsabilidade, mas eu recebi um ban por "Banished: until Nov 24 2008, 09:21:58 CET because of using unofficial software to play", e no meu acc man. está "Banishment: Account banished until Nov 24 2008, 09:21:58 CET because of using unofficial software to play (Quote:'###TIBIA'. Ai que está. Alguém sabe algo que posso usar para tentar rever o meu ban? Eu estou pensando em dizer que essa Quote deles na verdade não se aplica, porque não é possivel se jogar com um keyloguer nem ter vantagens sobre os outros com isso se você foi hackiado, nao o hacker!
Alguém tem alguma dica de o que usar para tentar sair dessa?

I will try explain some whys before a cold email send me back.
I know how hard is start a game like tibia with about only one rl that don't know how to play in paladin, or can't have sufficient lvl, or are in a great guild, or just can't be a 'pro'. And I know how hard level up in a pvp world, with wars, and with rly bad lags, something that can be like 3~4x more that a European player in normal days. But still my responsibility if after create some chars on same acc that can kill lots on other ppl, even if is on my hands and a miss click, or in hands of some lammer that thinks about that not only thief items for he, but rook chars, is funny.
Some days ago, one Brazilian player call me on my cellphone for help in game. I'm not from my house, was on downtown of Porto Alegre, so I go in a Cyber Cafe, log on my acc, and solve the problem. But because was busy on my rl, I make a mistake when don't chance pass after log or later. On last weeks, i'm totaly busy with work ( i'm 22 years old ) and my study on chemical engineer. So, i forgot this secure problem and this cause me a problem in game. Just when i'm out of my house for some hours, and with my cellphone off for world, i was hacked, and lots of friends and aldorians that know me try to trap and help with my char. Not only this, but also some friends start to search some GM to ban me so fast as possible, because one RL says that i can be out of tibia and with my cellphone off for long hours. A hacker not only steal, but start to kill Innocent ppl with my chars. And i have a lot on same acc, like 5 or 6 lvls 20+ [pvp world, and in war, sometimes is need]. Its ok for lose money, i don't have so much, so, don't waste so much, ( these quest and all time going as a shooter for help some ppl or normal hunt take me a lot of money and time in game) Its ok for lose lvls on about all chars, and for red skull on some of then, i will try repair in game all chars that my acc kill with no reason.
Personally, i unlike tibia atmosphere. Too much pks and thinks for free. Ppl cant up so easy if don't have 'pro', and was hard for me. But after i take some lvls, I try to modify aldora lands. One day, when around lvl 95, i was about to quit tibia for RL problems, so, at fist time on aldora, i post on forum that for free, not only clear one or 2 quest, but about all important quests from lvl 35 to 70. After these days, lots of strange ppl start to talk with me, i start to help for free some others, and not only this, but incentive free help, and decide not quit tibia so fast. After some time, i take some good persons, and we created Legion Of Honor guild, with a site in about.loh.webdesign.eng.br <http://about.loh.webdesign.eng.br>. So, after this, us guild sometimes make free quests for everyone on aldora, help some free hunted ppl by some guild with more 'power to kill'. If make a search on aldora forum, will see some posts like " LoH: names of quest >> date <<"Ok, we trying to make aldora a better place, even if was or not a pvp world.
Now, i need some help from some CM because that bad night that i have:
1. Please, i cant chance all information about my chars, like Comments and forum signature. Hacker post lots of "###TIBIA", and make a rly bad propaganda. Please, if i cant chage, someone clear on all my chars.
2. Hacker put a strange name on my acc, and is rly bad think about that all time that i log on tibia, need write "###MYTIBIA"
and one last think. And this i think is more harder, but please, try think about this and my rly bad luck. I Know that some friends call for a help of one GM to ban my char so fast as possible for mine acc don't make more problems for other and for self. The bad luck was because i take again my acc with my recovery key, but don't know that these owntibia are some program or something like a macro, and, because was on a house of one friend [ and she in that moment require attention, was the shy i turn off my phone that all time is on xd] don't remember me to chance that. I don't know, but, maybe one tread of hacker was reported too. But now i have a problem: i can't try more be a tutor on fititnt for a rly long time, and have a bad criminal record with my name, and cant log in game for pay some promises that I made =/. For months i'm trying be a tutor, but tutor test is not easy, and i'm reading last months for try again, and provably was thinking in trying make on last sunday or in next sunday, but after this ban, i cant try more. I like idea of be a tutor, because, normally i maintain help channel opened, and if none tutor appears to help [ and this is common ] i talk with ppl.
if possible, at least, do this
3. Permit that my acc can make tutor test. Ok for my acc be banned, but i'm not crying for my lvls or skills, not crying for my money, not crying for take off my red skull on chars of my acc, not crying because this incident make a big problem. I'm just asking for permit me again make tutor test. I'm not suport these macros like this owntibia.

Please understand that there is no problem if you want to become a tutor. You just have to wait until you have a clean criminal record again in about 7 months. Once all entries in your criminal record have been deleted, you are welcome to try the tutor test again.
