Note that you need to have done mission 1-3 from the Inquisition quest. You can slay Vampire bosses for the Vampire Lord Tokens, but you can also buy them from other players. You need to give Vampire Lord Tokens to Storkus to advance in rank.

Give one Vampire Lord Token to Storkus, you will receive 1000 exp and get the rank Fluke.
[edit] Lucky

Give four Vampire Lord Tokens to Storkus, you will receive 5000 exp and get the rank Lucky.
[edit] Determined

Give five Vampire Lord Tokens to Storkus, you will receive 10000 exp and get the rank Determined.
[edit] Next Rank

Give ten Vampire Lord Tokens to Storkus to advance to the next rank.
