erro no teste de tutor

hoje eu fiz o teste de tutor, respondi tudo e tenho certeza que estava tudo correto, cliquei em submit e aparece que eu errei uma questão... inconformado volto a pagina e vejo o que estava errado.
para minha surpresa nao estava errada a questão
queria saber de voçês se ja aconteceu isso? e que que eu posso fazer?
