number of our game servers are currently the target of large-scale denial of service attacks, i.e. they are flooded with excessive numbers of requests to produce problems such as lags and kicks.

We regret that the game experience of many of our players is affected by these problems. Of course, we are doing the best we can to minimise the negative effects for you. We are also preparing to take legal action against the perpetrators of these criminal attacks.

Please understand that we cannot reset servers as too many players would be affected in a negative way. However, premium players will receive a free premium day to compensate for the lost time. The free premium day will be awarded soon.
