I found an error in the game (bug). Who should I report it to?
Please report bugs to the tutors in the help channel (Ctrl+T). They can make a bug report which will be directly sent to CipSoft.
Keep in mind that reports should be as detailed as possible. Ideally, you should give a description of the bug, a short evaluation of the bug's seriousness, and, most importantly, a detailed listing of the steps that are necessary to reproduce it. Please focus on important information and leave out anything which is not crucial to understand the problem.
If you client crashes, a detailed error report is written to your error file. You will be asked to submit this error at your next log into the game. There is no need to report such an error apart from completing the form at the login.

provavelmente o cliente quebra quando você presenceia área com Bugs...
Caso seu cliente continue assim, cheque o firewall do windows, também veja se seu antivirus "Avast" não está bloqueando o programa do tibia, e não use Macro/Cheats que também é uma forma de contrair este Debug.
Reinstalar o Tibia também seria uma boa, e não colocar esse Full pack Maps...
É tudo que posso te informa, fico por aqui...

gente me ajuda, tenho um primo que mora em Natal (RGN). ele é doido pra jogar tibia, mas ele não consegue instalar pq da um erro, como posso solucionar isso ?
