"Answers to a few common issues raised.
Both guilds stacked! Both guilds should be punished!
Yes, both guilds stacked, and both guilds gained advantage. However, only one guild stacked intentionally. As I have already said, it is clear to anyone who watched the video that Infernnum prepared the trap beforehand; they logged on the roof, they had access to houses, and they lured members of Mithos into that area. It was premeditated, and they intended to use stacking as a method of gaining advantage. This is why they were banished... for "intentionally abusing a game weakness", not for "abusing a game weakness".
Naturally, if it had been evident that Mithos intended to stack their characters from beforehand, they would of also been punished. The fact that they didn't leave the trap doesn't mean that they intended to abuse stacking, especially not when compared to Infernnum who went through the trouble of buying houses, setting up their whole guild on the roof and luring Mithos in to the area just so they could attack while stacked.
Cuisdy abused his GM powers!
No, I have already said that Cuisdy did not use his powers at all during the battle. The banishments were not made by Cuisdy.
Cuisdy broke the rules. He should also be banished!
Please explain in detail where Cuisdy broke the rules.
Even better, if you have evidence of this, then send all evidence to
[email protected] so that it can be reviewed by Customer Support.
It's not fair because the Head GM will always believe what GMs say... There is no justice!
It is true that in most cases, the Head GM will believe our word over the words of other players, but only if we have actual evidence to support our claims.
In this case, the Head GM was presented with all the evidence that Cuisdy could come up with. As Cuisdy already said, most of this evidence was in forms supplied by memebers of Infernnum themselves.
You could argue for days saying that the Head GM showed favouritism, or that the evidence was modified by Cuisdy. All of this would be irrelevant, however, since the Head GM obtained evidence independently, and reviewed all the evidence carefully. I'm confident that if any other player had submitted the same amount of evidence that Cuisdy did, the outcome would of been the same (althought it might of taken longer).
To those that say that Cip would never believe players, I will remind you of a certain player (whose name I forget) who was banished for using a floorhack to kill Ferumbras when the boss was first introduced. As far as I know, there was no GM involved; all the information was presented by players, and the case was carefully reviewed by the Head GM. This effectively proves anyone saying that Cip never believes players, wrong.
This happens all the times on other servers... why is no one else banned??
It just so happened that a Gamemaster was present to witness the whole situation. You cannot expect to perform an illegal trap in front of a Gamemaster and not be banished.
Likewise, you cannot expect someone to be banished for making an illegal trap if there is no one to witness it.
Stacking always happens, but this is the first time there are bans. Corruption!
Yes, stacking always happens, and in many cases it is the illegal kind (intentional). Unfortunately for us, it is very, very hard to prove that the stacking was intentional. In this case though, because a GM witnessed it all, and because there were enough "cams" from different people to clear any reasonable doubt, it was proved that the stacking was intentional."

If you read properly, you will notice that the main source of evidence for these banishments was a Tibicam filmed by a member of Infernnum.
