About In-Game Chats.

Hello all Tibians!
I am not from Brasil and I don't speak in it either, so I will ask you in English language. I am asking you not to speak in other languages than English on In-Game chats, so anybody can understand you. We, non-Brasilian Community don't understand your language, and idea of chats is that anybody can understand others. I am annoyed with that, what you do. I am asking you again not to speak in in-game chats in your language. Use Private Messages or Private Chat Channel.

You re right. actually is a rule! but many, many brazilians and other nations disrespect these rules making so difficult the good course of the game.

It's good to see that some1 just worries about that game...
I can't talk for all Brazilians,but by myself,I swear that I won't talk "br" into G-c.
Hope that all brs stop doing that.

I understand your point, that's even a rule anyway.
Maybe your request help out a bit, I hope it does, but don't expect much improvement: At least half, if not most players from Brazil can't really understand English.
We even have the rules translated to Portuguese to make them easier to follow, but there is still a great disrespect for them, and i'm afraid that cannot be changed so soon =/

the most comum problem Shinaq, its that many brazilians dont speack english, and when these ppl find in a problem or have a doubt they go game chat and speack in portuguese. but this is more often with newbie users, that find themselves stuck in a hole or dont know how tu use certain magic, and if these newbies players cant find nobodhy brazilian to answer his question, they just go right to game chat and make in portuguese...
but i must say that this happent to all nations, i play when most brazilans are off line and many many polish are on. and i must say that too many users appear makeing questions on game (EVEN ON TRADE!!!) chat.
this its more than just a behavior problem, this is a reflex of bad schools, since many brazilians and polish schools dont have 'english class'.

Yes, you right. Im tired to see many brs spamming the public chats. Not only Game-chat, all public channel. For that and some other reasons everybody hate brs. Well, your intension was good, but it will never works cuz Brazil is full of noobs. :(

but the only way which we can do now is..

most can be, but not at all, im 13, and i dont speak portuguese in game chat, in fact, i speak english in there, and i meet a lot of friends in there, game chat rox XD

dont be afraid, i NEVER speak portuguese in game-chat, when im on, im in there, but speacking english with friends of other countrys :)

Thank you all. I am Polish (I hate it, by the way ;< ), and it annoyes me, that some Polish talk in our language on in-game chats. If more, or all will talk in English, I, and other of the non-Brazilian/Portugeese (sorry, I never can spell that word propertly ;p ) community will be happy. I apologise for my bad (I think ; ) English. So

It happens with people from all nations, just because some people don't care, some people think this is an stupid rule, some people just don't understand english.
Well, that's a rule, I agree 100% with your point of view, and with the works the GMs are doing of banning these people.

But, as this people don't usually listen to us, all we can do is wait and see dude, wait and see...

Witaj! (I hope it means 'welcome' or somewhat :/ )

I told in GC only once in portuguese. It was during a lil' joke about how weird are the languages.

Someone spelled "Go to hell Gyph". After it, i translated it as "vai pro inferno Gyph". After it, some translated it in polish, sweden, german and even in french. The result was astonishing weird.

And if in a joke it was weird, realize when dumbass in GC starts to talk some what "PRECISO DE PALLY PRA DESERT QUEST (20+)", "ALGUÉM QUER ENTRAR NA MINHA GUILDA?" or the famous "ALGUÉM TEM ITENS PRA DAR?" <- The famous "frii itanz plx11".

In the same way it is bad the BRs poluting the GC, equally the 'POL's... i dont understand that "POCOMA" or "scwea acewiz pogromca"... is really bad.

So, we only can count with the GMs (Goddamned-Messengers) to solve it...

We will do our best ( i do things as PMing the rule infrator about "FALA EM INGLÊS KCT!").

About POLs, it's a offensive statement now? (I hate it, some consider BR now as a offensive statement, others consider it as a gas company -> www.br.com.br xD ).

You're right, but what can we do ?? There're many newbie players in Tibia.
I have an idea, let's see:

-Game-chat (Portuguese)
-Game-chat (English)
-Game-chat (Spanish)
-Game-chat (swe...)
-...

One Game-Chat for every kind of leanguage, do u understand ??? I know that this is impossible, but it's a good idea...

Para os brasileiros: Olha, eu não sei falar ingles direito então não avacalha...

Come on guys, let's be fair.
at least 70% of brazilians are noobs. they don't care about rules. if you tell him luring is illegal, the first thing he will do is lure shit on other people. that's the truth.
Also, those 70%, most of then don't speak english. They also don't like non-brazilian people, so, i'm sorry to tell you this but there will allways be brazilians spamming brazilian msgs on GC. Complaining will just make they do that more, because they just hate you. What to do? In my point of view, you can only call a GM and hope they get banned. But don't think they will stop doing that.

I just ask you 1 thing:P lease, don't forget about the other 30%. ;)
