Hello Reset, I'm International Affairs student and I think I could help you guys by giving you some kind of guidance for your situation.
The first thing you guys should do is to contact, IMMEDIATELY, the Korean embassy in Brazil and ask them what you can do regarding this subject. Personally, I would like to tell you to not worry about it since the embassys are there for solving troubles like that.
Anyway, since you have your "visto" (international passaport) you are considered like brazilian citizens for law. This means that you can contact a public lawyer and ask him to submit and juridically defend your cause.
The second way of acting is a way more hard, but also, a way more effective. There are some international organizations that could help you. Straight to the point, I'm talking about the "Inter-American Court of Human Rights", there, you - as a person and not as State or Instituition - could submit a petition against the "58ers" (as an enterprise/company) and in some cases, against Brazil (as a country which doesn't provide the minimum humanitary assistance in a difficult time for you guys).
There are some instances that you should respect and follow to reach the ICHR, but I'm pretty sure that Korean embassy in Brazil would help you guys with all these technical tools and bureaucracy.
I'll leave here some links that you can access to get more informations, and please, if you need something else, contact me by Facebook. Will be a pleasure to help!
