Mas acho que tem que ser a meia noite do jogo eu acho (ou então da Alemanha). Existem vários fusos horários e por isso acho que a CIP usa como padrão de horário o padrão Tibiano.

No jogo existe um relogio que mostra o horario oficial do mundo onde vc está jogando!!!!
Se acham que o tempo é o fator, boa sorte!!!
