There's a world on Tibia which at a time was filled with bloody wars for domination. At this time, everybody was free to create guilds, rent houses, make quests and hunt respecting the letter system.
After many battles a guild managed to exterminate it's enemies and obtain total control. So far, it's motto was freedom, and Brothers of Peace (BoP) was it's name. With power in hands, BoP paradoxically was against the very same freedom and peace they have always defended. Since then, an intense wave of power abuse has started, and it still exists today.
The world which story I'm telling is Ocera, today an abandoned barren land on Tibia. Players which are not members of BoP are obliged to leave Ocera simply for not being members. See what happens to neutrals and even to friends and RLs of BoP members:
- Don't create a guild, for BoP will kill you and demand your guild is deleted, otherwise you will be hunted.
- It's strictly forbidden to level up mages beyong level 40. All mages from this level on will be hunted, except BoP makers.
- Never bid a house which belong to a BoP member. BoP members can bid anyone's house.
- Only BoP can host quest services. But there are almost no services, and when they decide to host one, the price is one to members and twice as more to non-members. Neutrals cannot attack monsters. Chances are BoP will chose a neutral to harass, humiliate and kill during a quest, happens almost every time.
- If you're neutral and your house displays many addons and rare or expensive items, you will be hunted down.
- Neutrals which participate alongside BoP members on world quests will be killed.
- Letter system was banished from the server. BoP has ownership of all caves. When a BoP member arrive he will demand you leave and should you refuse to comply, you will be killed or hunted. This rule apply to BoP members, it's makers and even real life friends of influential people.
- Certain respawns are exclusive to BoP leader, 24/7. Don't even dare to get near, not even to make quests, or you'll be hunted down. With so many respawns at his disposition, it's unnecessary to say how much money he made in real life, even buying a car.
Because of those abusive and absurd rules, every non-member have changed servers. Nowadays BoP has many members, but few really play. Nevertheless, those few active members are enough to prevent any neutral to play in peace.
What am I expecting to achieve with this?
I invoke every interested people to fight. Let's fight for this de-facto abandoned brasilian world, which barely has more than 150 players online. Of those players, 90% are illegal software users, of which 70% are property of BoP leader and 30% of other BoP members.
Why try?
You may be after new challenges. Maybe in your world the dominant guild is stronger. In Ocera there is a real chance of obtaining power. And more: I know exactly who are BoP members. I know their schedule, where they hunt, where they leave moneymakers and I will finance part of this war. I'm willing to pay a hundred thousand golden coins for each BoP member killed. That's right, I have information and money to help anyone willing to take power off BoP's hands in Ocera.
You can gather a team and transfer to Ocera, or simply level up hidden mages and paladins up to level 45 at least. At the last war, the guild of makers from level 45 to 80, Horus, almost managed to defeat BoP. But BoP leadership offered a deal for peace, which was accepted, but was nothing more than a plan to dominate Horus, with the help of many double agents working from inside. But if you don't have a team and are still interested in giving BoP some headache, by killing it's members, I'll still pay a hundred thousand golden coins per head.

With the power in your hands, his members acted paradoxically against freedom and peace that they argued protect. From that moment, appear a huge wave of power abusing, who sustains itself until nowadays.
The World about wich i'm telling this history is Ocera, who is a abandoned land on Tibia's continent. Those players who have not joined at BOP saw themselves forced to leave Ocera because they were hunteds. See what happens to neutral players and also to friends and real life friends from that guild:
* Do not create a guild, because the BOP certainly gonna kill you and will determinate that your guild be deleted. Otherwise you will be hunted;
* is strictly prohibited gain levels at mages above level 40. All mages above this mark will be hunted, excepted BOP's makers.
* Never give a bid to a house from BOP's members. However, they can do it against you.
* It's exclusive competency to BOP's members the prerrogative to organize quests. However, rarely have services avaiable, and when they decide doing so the price is 'x' to members and '2x' to not members; To neutral players is prohibited kill the monsters during the quest. The probability to BOP choose a unlucky player to kill him is high, always happens.
* If you are neutral and has so many addons and/or rare itens at your home, you are hunted.
*Neutral players who take part from World Quests when BOP is participating are killed.
* The letter's system was banned from server and prevails BOP's privilege over all caves from Ocera. If you are hunting at someplace and a BOP's member get to spot, you gonna be kicked. They use expressions like 'run', 'disappears' and you will be attacked if refuse to leave. This rule applies to BOP's members, makers or real life friends.
* There is some respawns exclusive to BOP's leader, 24 hours per day. Don't dare get close or do some quest in that place, otherwise will be hunted. With so many respawns at his disposal, don't is necessary to say that the mencioned leader is rich now. By the way, he bought a car.
For these and many other abusive rules all players who are not members from BOP emigrated to other servers. Nowadays the BOP guild has so many members though only a minimal part still playing. Nevertheless, this little group is enough to prevent neutral players able to play in peace.
And what i hope with this text? I come convoke all who cares about this situation to fight. Come fight by the power in a brazilian server, practically abandoned, who not reaches 150 players online. And 90% of these players are botters, being 70% from BOP's leader and 30% from others members still active.

Maybe you are searching for new adventures. Maybe your Tibia's World the dominant guild is stronger. On Ocera there is a real chance that the power go to your hands. You can organize a team e make world transfer or just gain levels to mages and paladins until level 45 in a hidden form. At last war, the maker's guild, horus, almost won the BOP. The leader asked for a peace agreement. It was just a manouver to cheat the horus guild and gain some time to dominate it.
If you have no team and still and you are interested in cause a little headache to BOP, killing some of them, i hold my word and i'll pay 100k for each head.
