Não sei sobre o que se trata essa msg:

Eu acabei de começar a jogar e não tenho nenhum programa referente ao Tibia além do próprio Tibia, lógico.

É só alguem tentando te roubar. A Cip NUNCA manda msg In-game pedindo pra entrar em nenhuma site, nem pedidndo senhas.
