Muitas máquinas e traços de fontes secretas de energia podem ser vistos no Factory Quarter (Quartel Mecânico/de Fábricas). Entretanto, todos os conhecimentos sobre o uso desapareceu com os Yalahari.

Há duas formas de ir para lá.
1ª Forma - Vá ao norte da Inner City, no Magician Quarter, vá ao leste e peça para o guarda para você ir ao Sunken Quarter, lá você pede ao guarda ao sul para ir ao Factory Quarter.
2ª Forma - Faça a 8ª missão da In Service of Yalahar Quest vá ao leste da Inner City, puxe a alavanca do Factory Quarter que ela te teleportará para o mesmo.
