Comprar Casa de Outro Player

Olá pessoal, sou p.a recente e estou interressado em comprar a casa de um cara, meu server já é meio antigo (3 anos) e a maioria das casas boa já estao oculpadas... dai o cara me disse que me vende a casa por um valor razoavelmente alto mas que posso pagar, ate ai tudo bem, mas o problema é que num sei como essa negociação vai ser feita, e se tem uma maneiro segura de eu comprar a casa dele sem que corra o risco de ficar sem o dinheiro e a casa.

Alguém pode me dar alguma dica, explicação, sugestão ou algo assim, sobre isso?

O unico jeito que conheço,é ele tirar todos os itens da casa,não pagar o aluguél,dai a casa vai ser tirada dele,dai é só você ir bem rapidão,e comprar a casa antes de todo mundo auhsausa

Sim, a compra é totalmente segura. Você deverá comprar a casa pelo sistema de houses do site. Você só paga o dinheiro que foi estipulado, por ele, então sem medo :)

Quando ele efetuar a venda, você deverá ir na parte de Houses e aceitar a compra. Simples.

O sistema é bem simples. Você só tem que deixar o dinheiro na sua conta bancaria( do jogo, claro), aceita a venda na seção de casas do jogo oficial e fazer tudo isso antes da data de transferência que o dono da casa coloco no site.

b) Buying and Selling Houses
If you do not want to auction for a house, or if no interesting house is currently available, there is another option: perhaps you can buy a house from another player. There is a special trade option which allows players to carry out safe transfers of houses to make sure there are no misunderstandings.
A character that owns a house can initiate a transfer on the house section on the Tibia website. The owner must view the house, then click on the button "Move out" to get to the house transfer page. Provided the owner is logged into the account, a form will be displayed in which the owner can specify the date of the transfer, the name of the character to which the house will be transferred, and the amount of money this character has to pay. Note that the date of transfer must be 1-30 days in the future. Also, you can transfer your house to another character of your account on the same game world. Please keep in mind that there must be a tick in the box to the left of the character name if the house is to be transferred to another character. To transfer the house for free set the amount to 0 gold.
Once the owner has filled in the form and confirmed the transfer by entering the account password the target character can accept or reject the deal when viewing the house in the house section, provided the player is logged into the account. This player must accept the deal before the date of the transfer and make sure to have the required amount of gold pieces in his bank account. House transfers will be cancelled in any of the following cases: if the future owner rejects the transfer, if he does not accept the deal, or if he does not have the required amount of money in his bank account. Please note that the house owner can cancel the deal at any time until the transfer is accepted by the receiver of the house. To do so the owner has to view the house page, click on "Move out" and select "No, I don't want to leave my house".
If all requirements are met, the transfer will take place at the server save on the specified date. The former owner should make sure that all of his belongings are moved out of the house in time, because once a transfer is complete he will not be able to get them back unless the new owner of the house agrees to return them.

Você acabou de encontrar a casa dos seus sonhos, mas infelizmente alguém já está morando nela. Calma, você poderá negociar com o dono para que ele passe a casa para seu nome.

Primeiramente, você fala com o dono da casa, e negocia um preço com ele. Caso a oferta seja aceita por ambas as partes, você (comprador) deverá acessar a seção Houses no Tibia.com, e procurar pela casa desejada.

Ao encontrá-la, você deverá acessar sua conta, e aceitar ou rejeitar a proposta feita pelo dono. Verifique se o preço estipulado é o mesmo que havia sido combinado antes.

Pronto, agora que ambas as partes estão felizes, basta deixar o dinheiro no banco e no próximo server save você possuirá sua mais nova e desejada casa, e o dinheiro será enviado diretamente para o banco do antigo dono.
