to querendop fazer a quest do noble armor e crown helmet, já sei só lvl 35+ ,porém tem uma chave alguém pode me confirmar se é no NPC chamado Skjaar?
ele me disse isso olha>>07:09 Skjaar: Before we start I must ask you for a small donation of 1000 gold coins. Are you willing to pay 1000 gold coins for the test?

se alguém puder confirmar agradeço ,

acho q essa frase dele tbm é essencial pra quest,
